The NeoGoat Regional brought together 20 players for five rounds, with Omar Martinez taking first place with Gadget Monarch. Here’s a look at his winning build, along with three more decklists shared by players at the event.
Gadgets and Monarchs took the title, but they weren’t the only approach on display. Below, we also have Gustavo Chapa’s Chaos Warrior, Tonatiuh Camarillo’s Chaos Burn, and Efrain Fuentes’s take on Monarch.

🏆 Regional Winner: Omar Martinez — Gadget Monarch
Omar’s list puts the Gadget search chain to work alongside Thestalos and Mobius. Green, Red, and Yellow Gadget keep the next monster ready in hand, letting the deck maintain a field without running out of follow-up summons so easily. Those monsters can keep attacking or become tribute material when it’s time to bring out a Monarch.
Ultimate Offering provides additional Normal Summons, while Unexpected Dai brings out Insect Knight without using the regular Normal Summon. Backed by removal, the deck can make progress with its smaller monsters before following up with a Tribute Summon.

More Decklists from the Regional
Alongside the champion’s build, here are three other lists from the event. Each takes a different route, from Warrior-based removal to burn damage and a more tribute-heavy Monarch lineup.
Gustavo Chapa — Chaos Warrior
Chapa brought Chaos Warrior, with Reinforcement of the Army helping him find the right Warrior for the situation. D.D. Warrior Lady and Exiled Force deal with opposing monsters, while Don Zaloog gives the opponent another reason not to leave the field open.
The LIGHT and DARK monsters also set up Chaos Sorcerer as a follow-up threat. Mobius and Banisher of the Radiance add further disruption options alongside the Warrior toolbox.
Tonatiuh Camarillo — Chaos Burn
Tonatiuh took a different approach with Chaos Burn. Des Koala and Stealth Bird chip away at Life Points, while defensive cards help buy time for the damage to add up. Ojama Trio and Just Desserts give the deck another way to turn the opponent’s occupied monster zones into damage.
Chaos Sorcerer adds something beyond the burn plan: a way to remove a monster and put an attacker on the field. The deck doesn’t have to rely entirely on effect damage to finish a game.
Efrain Fuentes — Monarch
Efrain’s build takes the more traditional Monarch route. Gravekeeper’s Spy and Dekoichi help build resources, while Soul Exchange and Brain Control provide opportunities to use opposing monsters as tribute material.
The Monarch lineup includes Thestalos, Mobius, Zaborg, and Granmarg, giving the deck different ways to disrupt the opponent through Tribute Summons. Fusilier Dragon and Metamorphosis add a Fusion option alongside that main plan.
Congratulations to Omar Martinez on the Regional win, and thanks to everyone who came out to play and shared their decklists!
