The first Tuesday of November brought together 19 duelists for another exciting NeoGoat tournament, packed with both familiar strategies and fresh experiments.
Several archetypes stood out during the event. Yet, the real spotlight belonged to the Monarch and Earth strategies, which shaped the mid and late rounds with consistent top-table performances.
The featured matches from Table 1 were recorded throughout the day, offering a clear window into the shifting dynamics of the tournament:
Round 2: Gadgets vs Earth ๐
The final round stood out as one of the most technical matches in recent memory. The Summoner Monk deck, a flexible engine capable of explosive special summons and combo lines, faced off against the methodical Earth deck, known for its durability and precise trades. Despite the Earth player’s strong defensive control and field management, Summoner Monk’s burst potential and ability to maintain card advantage turned the tide.
After a tense exchange of plays the players ended top decking cards while they had low LP, and Summoner Monk player claimed the victory by summoning a Toon Cannon Soldier and tributing itself to inflict damage, securing the top spot for the event.
While the spotlight ended on these two finalists, the event also highlighted the diversity within the NeoGoat community. Fire decks, Zombies, Gadgets, and Monarchs all found their moments throughout the day — proof that the metagame remains wide open and constantly evolving.
