Tournament Report July 2nd Week - Another win for Chaos

While the NeoGoat banlist attempts to curtail the Chaos dominance found in regular Goat by hitting power cards like Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, Magician of Faith, or Graceful Charity, the core of Chaos Goat remains playable:
• Chaos Sorcerer is still legal and efficient at two copies
• The Tsukuyomi + Flip + Chaos engine still generates insane value

Will we have more Chaos cards in the next banlist?
